Description

Sausage Wonton Cups are savory bite-sized appetizers made with crisped wonton wrappers filled with a creamy, cheesy sausage mixture. Perfect for parties, game nights, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a shell.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  6. Spoon the sausage mixture evenly into each wonton wrapper.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the wontons are golden and the filling is hot and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
