Saltine Toffee Chocolate Bark, aka “Christmas crack,” is a ridiculously easy, crunchy, sweet and salty treat layered with buttery toffee and chocolate—totally addictive!

1 sleeve saltine crackers

1 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Sea salt flakes (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with foil.

Lay saltines in a single layer.

Melt butter and sugar, boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers.

Bake for 5 minutes, then sprinkle chocolate chips. Let melt, then spread.

Add sea salt, chill, break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
