Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup almonds (toasted and chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Add flavor: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Mix in goodies: Fold in the almonds and marshmallows, ensuring even distribution.
  • Set the fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt.
