- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup almonds (toasted and chopped)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add flavor: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in goodies: Fold in the almonds and marshmallows, ensuring even distribution.
- Set the fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill & cut: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!
