Ingredients

2 lbs ripe tomatoes, halved

1 onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cups vegetable broth

1/2 cup fresh basil
Instructions

Roast tomatoes, garlic, and onion at 400°F for 30 mins.

Transfer to blender with broth and basil. Blend until smooth.
