Description

Luscious and luxe, these raspberry white chocolate truffles are creamy bites of heaven with a berry surprise inside and a glossy finish.


Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam

 

  • Freeze-dried raspberries (crushed)


Instructions

  • Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate to melt.

  • Stir in raspberry jam.

  • Chill, then scoop and roll into balls.

 

  • Roll in freeze-dried raspberry crumbs.


Notes

  • Freeze slightly for easier rolling.

 

  • Store chilled.
