Ingredients

200g white chocolate

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup raspberry jam

Freeze-dried raspberries (crushed)
Instructions

Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate to melt.

Stir in raspberry jam.

Chill, then scoop and roll into balls.

Roll in freeze-dried raspberry crumbs.
