Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp yogurt

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup warm milk

1/4 cup melted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

Chopped parsley
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt and milk to form a soft dough. Rest 1 hour.

Divide into 4–6 pieces, roll out.

Cook on a hot skillet until puffed and browned.

Mix butter, garlic, and parsley; brush over naan while hot.
