Description

This homemade garlic butter naan is soft, fluffy, and blistered to golden perfection—brushed with a rich garlic-herb butter that makes every bite unforgettable.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp yogurt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup warm milk

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

 

  • Chopped parsley


Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients. Add yogurt and milk to form a soft dough. Rest 1 hour.

  • Divide into 4–6 pieces, roll out.

  • Cook on a hot skillet until puffed and browned.

 

  • Mix butter, garlic, and parsley; brush over naan while hot.


Notes

  • Make it extra garlicky with roasted garlic.

 

  • Serve with curry or dip into hummus.
