Pistachio-Filled Chocolate Bars are decadent homemade treats featuring a rich dark chocolate shell filled with a creamy pistachio center — a perfect balance of nutty, sweet, and luxurious flavors.

- 8 oz dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp pistachio butter or almond butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: extra chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth. Set aside half for sealing and topping the bars.
- In a food processor, blend pistachios until finely ground. Add sweetened condensed milk, pistachio butter, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Line a silicone chocolate mold or mini loaf pan with parchment if needed.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each mold cavity. Let set in the fridge for 5–10 minutes.
- Spoon or pipe the pistachio filling into the center of each mold, leaving space at the top.
- Cover with the remaining melted chocolate and smooth the tops. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios if desired.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until fully set. Carefully remove from molds and serve or store.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
- Use high-quality chocolate for a smooth shell and clean snap.
- Pistachio butter can be found in specialty stores or made by blending pistachios in a food processor.
- These make great edible gifts when wrapped individually.
