Description

These pink cream sandwich cookies are light, airy, and filled with vanilla cream, topped with a vibrant pink glaze and dark chocolate drizzle for a perfect sweet bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for filling)

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • Pink glaze (white chocolate + pink gel food coloring)

  • Melted dark chocolate for drizzle


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Cream butter and sugar until light. Add egg and vanilla.

  • Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Roll dough and cut out round cookies. Bake 10–12 mins.

  • Whip cream with powdered sugar for the filling.

  • Sandwich cream between cooled cookies.

  • Dip tops in pink glaze and drizzle chocolate grid.
