- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1 box (3 oz) lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Pineapple slices for garnish

Prepare the Cake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the white cake mix as per the package instructions, using water, oil, and egg whites.
- Pour into the baking dish and bake as directed. Let cool completely.

Make the Lime Layer:
- Dissolve the lime gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Let it cool slightly.
- Poke holes all over the cake with a fork and pour the gelatin evenly over the top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
