Description

Philly Fluff is a moist, rich bundt-style cake made with cream cheese and butter, known for its soft, fluffy crumb and delicate sweetness. It’s perfect for brunches, gatherings, or a cozy coffee break.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Generously grease and flour a bundt or tube pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.

  9. Cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
