Description

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

 


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a skillet, brown beef and mix with marinara sauce.

  • In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and seasoning.

  • Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mix, mozzarella, and pepperoni in a springform pan.

  • Repeat layers and finish with pepperoni and cheese on top.

 

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly. Let rest before slicing.
