Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the top and use a knife or skewer to swirl it into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate for best texture and flavor.
- Microwave can be used instead of stovetop—heat in short intervals and stir often.
- For a chunkier texture, stir chopped peanuts into the base before swirling.
- Fudge can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or frozen for longer.
