- Whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill while preparing the mousse.
- In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the mousse evenly over the chilled crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with whipped cream and garnishes before slicing and serving.
