Description

Peanut Butter Mousse Bars are a decadent no-bake dessert with a graham cracker crust and a light, creamy peanut butter mousse, topped with whipped cream or chocolate for the ultimate treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Whipped cream (for topping, optional)
  • Chopped peanuts or mini chocolate chips (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill while preparing the mousse.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Spread the mousse evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Top with whipped cream and garnishes before slicing and serving.
