For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

For the Chocolate Swirl Topping:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, melted

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Make Peanut Butter Filling: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over the crust.
  • Make Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth.
  • Swirl the Topping: Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer, drizzle melted peanut butter on top, and use a toothpick to create swirls.
  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
