For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 2 tbsp sugar
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
For the Chocolate Swirl Topping:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Make Peanut Butter Filling: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over the crust.
- Make Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth.
- Swirl the Topping: Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer, drizzle melted peanut butter on top, and use a toothpick to create swirls.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
