- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 cups peanut butter until well combined.
- Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
