- 8 strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)
- 8–10 small wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Spread a small amount of peanut butter on a banana slice.
- Top with another banana slice to make a “sandwich.”
- Thread a strawberry half onto a skewer, followed by the peanut butter banana sandwich, then another strawberry half.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
