Description

Peanut Butter Banana Strawberry Skewers are a fun, kid-friendly snack made with fresh fruit and a creamy peanut butter filling. Perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or a quick healthy treat, these no-cook skewers are both delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 8 strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter)
  • 810 small wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on a banana slice.
  2. Top with another banana slice to make a “sandwich.”
  3. Thread a strawberry half onto a skewer, followed by the peanut butter banana sandwich, then another strawberry half.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
  • Great for kids’ snacks, after-school treats, or party platters.
  • Can be drizzled with melted chocolate for a dessert twist.
  • Assemble just before serving to prevent bananas from browning.
