- 4 medium potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
- Use fresh garlic instead of powder for a stronger flavor.
