Description

These Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes are crispy, golden-brown, and packed with flavor. A simple yet delicious side dish!


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
