- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter chips
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream until fully combined.
- Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the chilled crust. Refrigerate to set.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream until just steaming. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with peanut butter chips and mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled. For clean slices, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry between cuts.

- Use Oreo crumbs for a chocolate crust variation.
- Almond butter can be substituted for peanut butter.
- Add chopped nuts on top for extra crunch.
- Use homemade whipped cream if whipped topping is not available.
