Description

No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie is a rich, creamy dessert with layers of peanut butter filling and smooth chocolate ganache in a graham cracker crust. It’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter chips
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream until fully combined.
  4. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the chilled crust. Refrigerate to set.
  5. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until just steaming. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  6. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with peanut butter chips and mini chocolate chips.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled. For clean slices, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry between cuts.

Notes

  • Use Oreo crumbs for a chocolate crust variation.
  • Almond butter can be substituted for peanut butter.
  • Add chopped nuts on top for extra crunch.
  • Use homemade whipped cream if whipped topping is not available.
  • Make dairy-free by using plant-based substitutions.
