These No-Bake Lemon Blueberry Energy Bites are the perfect bite-sized snack! Tangy lemon meets sweet blueberries in a healthy, protein-packed treat that’s great for on-the-go.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  • Stir until mixture is sticky and holds together.

  • Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Store in an airtight container.
