Description

No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars are easy, wholesome treats made with oats, nut butter, and chocolate. These bars require no baking, making them perfect for a quick snack or healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Fold in rolled oats until evenly coated.
  4. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the oat mixture firmly into the dish.
  5. Optional: Melt chocolate chips and drizzle or spread over the top of the bars.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.
  7. Slice into 12 bars and serve chilled.
