Description

No-Bake Butters is a rich, layered dessert bar combining peanut butter, chocolate, and a buttery graham cracker base. Easy to make and perfect for sharing, it’s a sweet treat that requires no oven time.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch or peanut butter chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth, then spread over the base.
  5. Sprinkle butterscotch or peanut butter chips evenly on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Slice into bars using a hot knife for clean edges and serve cold.
