Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth, then spread over the base.
- Sprinkle butterscotch or peanut butter chips evenly on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice into bars using a hot knife for clean edges and serve cold.
