Description

These Mint Chocolate Truffles are luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth bites with a refreshing minty twist. Perfect for gifting, holidays, or just treating yourself like royalty. No bake, all flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70%), finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

 

  • 1 tbsp butter (optional for extra richness)


Instructions

  • Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just about to boil.

  • Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2 mins.

  • Stir gently until smooth and glossy. Add peppermint extract (and butter if using).

  • Chill mixture in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm.

 


Notes

  • Use good quality chocolate — it makes the truffle.

 

  • You can also dip in melted chocolate for a hard shell if you’re fancy like that.
