Description

Fluffy, cheesy, and packed with pepperoni flavor—great for snacking!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 12 mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil, knead the dough, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Shape the dough into small rounds and flatten slightly.
  • Spread pizza sauce on each bun, add cheese, and top with pepperoni.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano before serving.

Notes

  • Add jalapeños for a spicy twist.
  • Use whole wheat flour for a healthier version.
