Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each tender in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then cover with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil to 175 °C (350 °F) and fry tenders until golden brown and fully cooked, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Drain on paper towels and toss in BBQ sauce until well coated.
  5. Place each chicken piece on a slider bun, add lettuce if desired, and serve immediately.
