- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Coat each tender in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 175 °C (350 °F) and fry tenders until golden brown and fully cooked, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and toss in BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Place each chicken piece on a slider bun, add lettuce if desired, and serve immediately.
