Bite-sized cinnamon rolls with a gooey cinnamon-sugar filling and a sweet glaze, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a cozy snack.

- 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or small baking dish.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Brush melted butter evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place each mini roll cut-side up into the prepared baking tin.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar and milk (and vanilla if using) to make the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
- Use crescent roll dough for extra soft and flaky texture.
- Add chopped nuts or raisins for variety.
- Best enjoyed warm but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
