Description
Mini Beef Sliders with Herbs are juicy bite-sized burgers infused with fresh herbs, perfect for parties, game days, or casual dinners. They’re flavorful, easy to make, and great for both kids and adults.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
- 6–8 mini slider buns
- 6–8 slices of cheddar or your choice of cheese (optional)
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix.
- Form the mixture into 6–8 small patties, slightly larger than the buns (they’ll shrink as they cook).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until they reach desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the pan to melt.
- Lightly toast the slider buns if desired.
- Assemble the sliders with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- The patties can be formed ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to cook.
- Great for meal prep or party appetizers—make a double batch and keep warm in the oven.
