Description

Mini Beef Sliders with Herbs are juicy bite-sized burgers infused with fresh herbs, perfect for parties, game days, or casual dinners. They’re flavorful, easy to make, and great for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • 68 mini slider buns
  • 68 slices of cheddar or your choice of cheese (optional)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into 6–8 small patties, slightly larger than the buns (they’ll shrink as they cook).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until they reach desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the pan to melt.
  5. Lightly toast the slider buns if desired.
  6. Assemble the sliders with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • The patties can be formed ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to cook.
  • Great for meal prep or party appetizers—make a double batch and keep warm in the oven.
