- 2 cups milk chocolate (chopped or chips)
- 1 cup assorted nuts (pecans, pistachios, almonds, or walnuts, roughly chopped)
- 3/4 cup dried fruits (cranberries, cherries, or raisins)
- 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)
- Sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in most of the chopped nuts and dried fruits, reserving a few for topping if desired.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top each cluster with a reserved nut or dried fruit piece for decoration.
- Optionally sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster.
- Allow the clusters to set at room temperature, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until ready to serve.
