Description

Milk Chocolate Nut & Fruit Clusters are no-bake bite-sized treats made with creamy milk chocolate, crunchy nuts, and chewy dried fruits—perfect for snacking, gifting, or party trays.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups milk chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1 cup assorted nuts (pecans, pistachios, almonds, or walnuts, roughly chopped)
  • 3/4 cup dried fruits (cranberries, cherries, or raisins)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in most of the chopped nuts and dried fruits, reserving a few for topping if desired.
  3. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Top each cluster with a reserved nut or dried fruit piece for decoration.
  5. Optionally sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster.
  6. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  7. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use dark or white chocolate for variety.
  • Try shredded coconut, chia seeds, or puffed rice for added texture.
  • Add a drop of vanilla, almond, or orange extract for flavor.
  • Customize with seasonal dried fruits or candies for festive versions.
  • Wrap in decorative packaging for homemade gifts.
