Description

Milk Chocolate Nut & Fruit Clusters are rich, bite-sized treats made with smooth milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and chewy dried fruit—perfect for snacking, sharing, or gifting with gourmet flair.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 oz milk chocolate, chopped or in chips
  • 1 cup roasted assorted nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts)
  • 3/4 cup dried fruits (e.g., cranberries, cherries, apricots, raisins), chopped if large
  • Sea salt flakes (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes or crushed pretzels (optional, for variation)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt milk chocolate, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. Stir in the roasted nuts and dried fruits until well coated with chocolate.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray, shaping into clusters.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt flakes or other toppings while still wet.
  6. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until fully set. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

  • Roast the nuts beforehand for extra flavor and crunch.
  • Use parchment paper—no greasing needed.
  • For glossy finish, temper chocolate before using.
  • Chop fruits and nuts finely for smaller, uniform bites.
  • Try different combinations of nuts and fruits for seasonal or themed variations.
