- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained, patted dry, and chopped

Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Drain maraschino cherries thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Chop into small pieces and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in the chopped cherries, mixing just until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
