Description

This blueberry cheesecake is a rich, creamy dessert layered with fresh blueberries and a sweet berry topping. A stunning showstopper for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 3 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • Optional: berry jam or sauce for topping


Instructions

  • Mix crust and press into pan. Bake 10 mins at 325°F.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold in sour cream and blueberries.

  • Pour over crust, bake 45–50 mins. Chill completely.

  • Top with sauce or fresh berries.
