Description

Soft, chewy, and bursting with tropical flavor—these mango mochi snowballs are an icy-cool dessert coated in powdered sugar and drizzled with sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour

  • 1/2 cup mango puree

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Cornstarch or powdered sugar for dusting

 

  • Sweet white drizzle (icing sugar + milk)


Instructions

  • Mix rice flour, mango puree, sugar, and water in a bowl.

  • Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway, until doughy.

  • Cool slightly, then dust hands with cornstarch and roll into balls.

 

  • Drizzle with icing and coat in powdered sugar.


Notes

  • Store chilled in an airtight container.

 

  • Add mango chunks inside for extra burst.
