Ingredients

1 cup glutinous rice flour

1/2 cup mango puree

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

Cornstarch or powdered sugar for dusting

Sweet white drizzle (icing sugar + milk)
Instructions

Mix rice flour, mango puree, sugar, and water in a bowl.

Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway, until doughy.

Cool slightly, then dust hands with cornstarch and roll into balls.

Drizzle with icing and coat in powdered sugar.
