Instructions
- Slice cooked chicken and mango into thin strips. Wash and dry spinach leaves.
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.
- Add spinach leaves, then layer with chicken slices, mango, and cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle with Dijon mustard if using, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold sides inward and roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
- Optional: Heat a pan with olive oil or butter and grill the wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and warm.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
