Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (grilled or rotisserie), sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 whole wheat or flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (optional for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Slice cooked chicken and mango into thin strips. Wash and dry spinach leaves.
  2. Lay tortillas flat. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.
  3. Add spinach leaves, then layer with chicken slices, mango, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Drizzle with Dijon mustard if using, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold sides inward and roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Optional: Heat a pan with olive oil or butter and grill the wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and warm.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
