Description

This loaded veggie wrap with roasted potatoes and creamy sauce is a flavor-packed, satisfying vegetarian lunch that’s easy to prep and full of texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla

  • 1 cup roasted potatoes

  • 1/4 cup purple cabbage

  • 1/4 cup lettuce or greens

  • 2 tbsp chipotle mayo or yogurt sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
