Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes, diced

4 strips bacon, chopped

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups chicken broth

2 cups milk

1 cup shredded cheddar

1/2 cup sour cream

Salt & pepper to taste

Chopped green onions for topping
Instructions

Cook bacon until crispy, remove and reserve.

In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic.

Add potatoes and broth. Simmer until tender.

Add milk, sour cream, and cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
