Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes (up to 4 hours in the fridge).

- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve.
