- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups sweetened flake coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss everything together to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
