Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve over hot cooked rice.
