- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
For the Filling:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest.
- Pour over crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Substitute regular lime juice if key limes are unavailable.
- Top with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
