Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
  3. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C / 165°F).
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
  8. Slice the chicken breast against the grain and serve.
