- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C / 165°F).
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
- Slice the chicken breast against the grain and serve.
