Description

Lean turkey patties seasoned with fresh herbs and spices, grilled or pan-seared to juicy perfection—ideal for burgers or a flavorful main.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 small onion or shallot, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray (for cooking surface)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, parsley, thyme, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Form into six equal patties and press a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing during cooking.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C) and a golden crust forms.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
