Description

These Juicy BEEF Patties are bursting with flavor—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal, burger buns, or rice bowls.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground BEEEF

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

 

  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

  • Shape into patties (8–10 small or 4 large).

  • Heat oil in pan over medium heat.

  • Fry patties 3–4 mins per side until golden and cooked through.

 

  • Serve with rice, buns, or veggies.


Notes

  • Add chili flakes for heat.

  • Can bake instead at 400°F for 15–20 mins.

 

  • Great for freezing!
