Ingredients

1 lb ground BEEEF

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 egg

Oil for frying
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Shape into patties (8–10 small or 4 large).

Heat oil in pan over medium heat.

Fry patties 3–4 mins per side until golden and cooked through.

Serve with rice, buns, or veggies.
Notes

Add chili flakes for heat.

Can bake instead at 400°F for 15–20 mins.
