- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken, spices, and tomato puree. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cream and yogurt, cooking for another 5 minutes.
