Description
A creamy, chilled Iced Coffee made with instant coffee, milk, sugar, and ice, blended or shaken to a smooth and refreshing café-style drink.
Ingredients

- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp cream or half-and-half (optional for extra creaminess)
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a cup, mix instant coffee, sugar, and warm water until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a blender along with cold milk, ice cubes, and cream (if using).
- Blend for 20–30 seconds until frothy and smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Top with whipped cream or additional foam if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use strong instant coffee for a richer flavor.
- Add chocolate syrup to make a mocha version.
- For a lighter version, replace cream with extra milk.
- You can shake the mixture in a mason jar if no blender is available.
