- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Snapper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season both sides of the snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
