- 1 lb frozen French fries (or homemade)
- 1/2 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 small bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook Fries: Bake or air-fry fries according to package directions.
- Prepare Steak: In a pan over medium heat, cook steak slices with onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until tender.
- Assemble: Spread cooked fries on a baking sheet, top with steak mixture and shredded cheese.
- Melt Cheese: Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve Hot!
