- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet, skin side up.
- Brush or pour the honey glaze over the chicken, coating evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, basting once or twice with the pan juices, until the chicken is cooked through and skin is golden.
- If desired, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use boneless thighs for quicker cooking but reduce bake time.
- Substitute dried herbs if fresh are not available (use 1 tsp each).
