Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrots and cook for 5–6 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Once hot, stir in honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add the cooked carrots and toss to coat in the glaze. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and optional herbs before serving.
