For the Pork:

- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pork:
- Pat the pork dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork on all sides until browned (about 4 minutes per side).
- Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Cook the Pork in Sauce:
- Return the pork to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
- Cover and let it cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove pork and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Thicken the Sauce (Optional):
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another minute until thickened.
- Serve & Garnish:
- Slice the pork and drizzle with the honey garlic sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, green onions, or sesame seeds.
