Description

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs or breast, cubed
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
