Instructions

- If using alcohol, slowly stir in your choice of bourbon, rum, or brandy.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir the eggnog well.
- Serve in glasses, garnished with a sprinkle of nutmeg or a cinnamon stick, if desired.
